Sudha Kannan
Gender Audit Expert &
International Development Specialist
My journey has taken me from Michigan State University, where I earned my Ph.D. in International Development, to fieldwork across Sub-Saharan Africa, Pakistan, Haiti, and Laos. Over nine years, I’ve worked with governments, communities, and global agencies, always asking: how do we make gender perspectives central to policies and programs?
At MAP, I bring that global perspective and my training as an ILO-certified Gender Audit Facilitator to ensure every audit is rigorous, participatory, and deeply contextual. For me, evidence and empathy go hand in hand.

Dr. Rajalakshmi Nadadur
Advisor – Gender, Equity &
Social Inclusion
For more than 15 years, I’ve led gender, equity, and inclusion initiatives across five countries, in academia, civil society, and international development. Today, I serve as Director of Development and Global Gender Research at Michigan State University’s Research Institute for Structural Change. My Ph.D. in Gender Studies from the University of Stirling, UK, shaped my passion for feminist decolonial methods and intersectional frameworks.
At MAP, my role is to ensure our audits push beyond surface-level fixes. I want them to dismantle inequities and build systems that are inclusive, sustainable, and transformative.

Aneesh Suhail Moosa
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
I bring nearly three decades of experience across IT, electronics, robotics, and automation, building technology solutions for companies including Intel, Samsung, Sony, and Philips. Over the years, I have co-founded ventures, built and scaled technology teams of more than 150 people, and currently lead Ekaart Digital Systems, where we develop end-to-end digital platforms.
At MAP Impacts, I bring this experience to one central question: how can technology make impact more meaningful, measurable, and accessible?
As CTO, I lead the technology vision behind our digital platforms, monitoring systems, and audit tools, ensuring that innovation supports rather than complicates the work of inclusion.
For me, technology is not the end goal. It is an enabler—one that can help us understand organizations better, uncover gaps that may otherwise remain invisible, and build smarter, more inclusive systems that leave no one behind.

Barker Bhaskaran
Strategic Advisor – Technology & Innovation
My journey in technology has taken me through more than a decade at Apple in Silicon Valley, where I had the opportunity to lead engineering teams working on products including iPod Video and Apple Watch Health. My work across AI, machine learning, and biomedical technologies has shown me the extraordinary possibilities of innovation—but also the importance of asking who that innovation is designed for.
At MAP Impacts, I bring that perspective to the intersection of technology, data, and equity.
As Strategic Advisor for Technology & Innovation, I contribute to the development of data-driven audit tools and responsible technology frameworks that can make equity more measurable, scalable, and actionable.
I believe the future of gender audits will increasingly be shaped by technology. My role is to help ensure that as these tools evolve, inclusion remains at the heart of how they are imagined, designed, and used.

Mubeen Ubaid
Visual Designer
For over five years, I’ve worked across visual design, UI/UX, branding, and digital experiences, helping ideas take shape through design. My work has taught me that good design is not simply about making things look better, but about making complex ideas clearer, more accessible, and more meaningful to the people they are meant to serve.
At MAP, I bring that perspective to the way we communicate ideas, data, and impact, translating research and insights into visual experiences that people can understand and engage with. I’m interested in the space where design, technology, and social impact meet, and in using design to make important ideas impossible to overlook.
A Note from the Founder
I founded Equgit Solutions with a simple belief: meaningful change begins when we are willing to look closely at how our institutions actually work. My journey across gender, public policy, research, and advocacy has shown me that equality cannot live only in policies or commitments. It has to be visible in everyday decisions, systems, workplace cultures, opportunities, and experiences.
As an ILO-certified Participatory Gender Audit Facilitator and Training of Trainers professional, I work with organizations, institutions, and governments to understand where gaps exist and, more importantly, what can be done about them. My approach brings together participatory methods, research, facilitation, and lived realities to turn insights into practical action.
My work has taken me from academic research and art-based advocacy to contributing to Kerala’s Transgender Policy, facilitating gender audits, and supporting institutions in building more inclusive practices.
MAP Impacts brings all these experiences together. For me, this work is not simply about identifying what needs to change. It is about helping institutions understand themselves better—and creating pathways for change that are practical, measurable, and lasting.
